Cheques for clinics must state your name, horse, event title & date on the back and be made payable to Swindon Riding Club.

1 PLEASE BOOK CLINICS AT LEAST 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Bookings taken after this will incur a 25% surcharge.

2 PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ON TIME FOR CLINICS AND EVENTS

For mounted clinics that means you should be tacked up and on your horse ready to go at the allocated time. Sorry to nag, but if one session starts late, it makes later sessions shorter which is not fair!

3 PLEASE CONTACT THE CORRECT PERSON FOR CLINICS, DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES WITH OTHER PEOPLE!

For ALL MOUNTED CLINICS contact: Caron Roberts, 07870 673507, either call, text or email caronroberts@mac.com (be aware that Caron only checks her email a couple of times a week – so don’t leave it too late!!). Specify your NAME, the event and your preferred time slot.

4 PAYMENT FOR CLINICS & EVENTS

All events must be PAID IN ADVANCE BY CHEQUE at least 10 days before the event.
Cheques payable to ‘Swindon & District Riding Club’. Please write details of including date on the back of the cheque. Late bookings will incur a 25% surcharge.
