HAT TAGGING
PLEASE ensure your hat is up to BRC standard if you are riding in our clinics. In addition it is essential that your hat is tagged before riding at an area qualifier. Please talk to your discipline co-ordinator if you need help with this.
NEW MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY - WELCOME
I should like to introduce our new membership secretary Kerry Alexander, whom many of you will know already, as a regular competitor on teams and always around at clinics, camps and at our social events.
Kerry is very much looking forward to meeting you all and of course encouraging new members to join the club.
To help Kerry keep our records up to date and to send out our membership renewal forms, would you be kind enough to let Kerry have any updates / changes of address as we will only have what was originally put on your form.
I would be grateful if you could let Kerry know asap so that you can be kept up to date.

Changes to training fees / vouchers for volunteering
Please note from 1st April 2010 our training fees will be increased and we will have to raise our clinic fees for the first time in five years.
Members will be charged £17 and non members £20.
We will now also offer a £5 voucher for use against a ridden or non
ridden club event for anyone that helps for at least half a day at a riding
club event or area competition from 1st April. This voucher can be used as part
payment for any SDRC event, rally or competition. The voucher can only be used
by the person named. Only one voucher can be used at any one time and may not
be redeemed against membership fees or the Christmas Party. Regrettably lost
vouchers will not be replaced. Every member will be obliged to help out at least
once a year.
The recommend a friend voucher scheme is no longer in operation. |
